Digging bar's location.
The digging bar (
: Rautakanki) can be found inside the woodshed, in the right-most corner, next to the wood pile. Its primary use is to straighten bent suspension mounts on the Satsuma. Equip the digging bar using F, point it towards the broken mount and press F again to bend the mounts to a random angle. Unequip the item with F when not looking at the mounts.
Fixing the suspension this way is unreliable and will not produce perfect results; for a perfect correction, the suspension must be fixed professionally at Fleetari Repair Shop by selecting "Suspension straightening" in the service brochure.
