The dynamometer (or dyno) (
: Dynamometri) can be found in the garage of Fleetari repair shop. To use the dynamometer, you will first need to pay Fleetari 195mk; this will grant access for one in-game hour. To continue using it, pay another 195mk for another in-game hour. To start measuring the vehicle's power output, simply click on the keyboard right below the monitor, click on the keyboard after doing the dyno to see the results. The dynamometer can only measure the engine output of the Satsuma.
