Engine plate

The engine plate (

: Välipelti) is a car part which can be found inside the garage at home. It acts as the gasket between the gearbox and the engine, and is attached directly to the engine block without any bolts.

The starter motor is bolted into the corner hole of this plate, so don't forget to install this before assembling the transmission.
