Fire extinguishers (
: Palosammutin) are items primarily used to extinguish fires, such as Satsuma engine fires, though be careful, as standing near car fires can get you killed. They can be bought from Teimo's shop for 249 mk per extinguisher, along with a holder, which can be attached in front of the passenger seat inside the Satsuma with two 6mm bolts; the fire extinguisher itself can then be slid into place by left-clicking and removed when needed by right-clicking, as with any part. A fire extinguisher is required to be mounted inside the Satsuma in order to take part in the Rally Sprint Race.
Fire extinguishers can be used to extinguish house fires. If the player responds quickly it my be possible to save the room in which the fire started, otherwise the player will have to work to contain the spreading fire. Several fire extinguishers may be required to put out a house fire.
Wasp nests can be neutralised by spraying them with a fire extinguisher, though this can be dangerous.
Fire extinguishers have roughly around 45 seconds of continous use before becoming depleted
