My Summer Car Wiki

The Kesselinperäntie junction is a three-way junction between Loppentie and Kesselinperäntie, the latter of which ends and starts there. When coming out of Kesselinperä, the player can decide between going left and reaching the Loppentie junction, or going right and reaching Rykipohjantie junction. Next to the junction, there is a large grain field, and beyond it - the railroad.

Sharp bends[]

When driving to Rykipohja on Loppentie, right after this intersection are situated two sharp bends. They are quite dangerous, as the Fittan can pop out in front of you and force you to go into the ditch, as the road is too narrow to overtake him.

Third-gear bend[]

The "third-gear bend", which you can pass on the third gear during the rally is not that sharp. If needed, you can go down to a ditch in an emergency, which is not that deep at this bend.

Second-gear bend[]

When going past the "second-gear bend", you might need to slow down to second gear to pass. This corner is very dangerous when going fast, as not managing the turn will lead to going down into a ditch and crashing into some trees. This can happen with Hayosiko, due to it locking up steering when braking, or the Gifu, which is not suitable for this bend due to its size. When driving the Gifu past here, slow down to about 30 km/h before taking the turn.

Railroad skip[]

These corners can be skipped, because the short distance between Kesselinperäntie and Grandma's house can be driven next to the railroad. In this part of the railroad, there are no swamps (except a few lakes) to the side, meaning you can skip these corners entirely, even without having to drive directly on the tracks and the fear of crashing into the train.

Trivia[]

  • Before the early access release of the game, there was a barn to the right of Kesselinperäntie when approaching the junction. It used to have a weird, solar-panel-like roof texture.
  • Before the addition of Kesselinperä, this junction didn't exist.
