Peräjärventie (lit. Peräjärvi road) is the second longest dirt road in Alivieska. It's situated between Peräjärvi and Loppe, and is 3,170 metres long (10,400 feet). The ventti house and dance pavilion can be reached via road vehicles by using this road, though they can also be reached with the boat. Apart from the lack of railroad tracks along this road, it is one of the more dangerous roads in the game. There is also a small bridge crossing the river, next to Loppe.

- Bridge near Fleetari. It is especially dangerous while driving fast or during the rally, where in both situations the Satsuma can run into the narrow rails that prevent it from falling into the river. This can cause major damage to the Satsuma, and even death. It is also a danger to the septic truck, as it is quite wide, and going off to the side may result in breaking the windshield or death.
- Various bumps and hills which may cause damage to the suspension, dent the body, and even crash.

- The radio mast, along with the wrecked Firebird inside the nearby barn
- House southwest of the radio mast with a mailbox for delivering advertisements job
