The roll cage (: Turvakaaret) (also known as roll bars) is an interior upgrade for the Satsuma.
A series of crisscrossing tube frames installed within the cabin of the car, the roll cage is designed to mitigate body deformation within the cabin and support the installation of the racing harness, a key safety feature that, when coupled with the bucket seat, greatly improves survivability in high speed crashes.
The roll cage can only be installed at Fleetari's Repair Shop through the service brochure. Roll cage installation is offered for a default price of 5,500 mk, while removal of the roll cage costs 790 mk; both purchases require the player leaving their Satsuma at the workshop to be worked on by Fleetari. The roll cage's color can be customized using spray paints.
Installation of the roll cage comes with several functional and visual drawbacks. The rear seat, if installed prior, is separated from the car after it acquires the roll cage, and can no longer be fitted into the car until the roll cage is removed. Since the April 2018 update, floor mats are removed from any Satsuma with a roll cage, and following the May 2019 update, the stripping-down of the interior is extended to include cosmetic interior panels with the addition of the glovebox on the dashboard no longer available to be opened due to obstruction by the roll cage's frame.
Installation of the roll cage is a requirement for entry into the Rally Sprint Race.
