- This article is about tires and wheels. For other uses, see Wheel (disambiguation).
Wheels (: Renkaat) are car parts that can initially be found in the attic of the abandoned farmhouse near Loppe. They are attached to the car with 4x13mm bolts each. Different kinds of tires and wheels can be bought from Fleetari Repair Shop and the parts catalog respectively. Tires have wear values that can be checked with a ruler. They can be worn down from normal driving, burnouts or by overloading the vehicle. If tire wear value reaches zero it will sink partially into the ground, simulating a flat tire. Tires may also be punctured randomly, as a result of a blowout or chance, instantly bringing the condition down to 0%.
Tires can be serviced, replaced, or changed at any point. This is done by uninstalling the wheels from the Satsuma and placing them on Fleetari's counter (in other words, Fleetari will service the closest wheels to the counter) , or by leaving the whole car on the driveway with the wheels installed. As with any other order from Fleetari's brochure, it will take some time for the new tires to be installed on the wheels. Up to four wheels will be serviced at a time, wheels inside the office are prioritized over wheels that are installed on the car and four wheel price will be charged even if trying to service one.
A fifth spare stock wheel can be found at a wrecked Satsuma.
The car can only pass the inspection with the standard or Gommer Gobra tires; no other type of tire will pass. The wear percentage of the tire needs to be between 45% and 65% to pass (exact percentage is generated when the inspection is paid for). A set of GT wheels can be found in a shed in the middle of a field. It is part of the GT trim.
Not fully tightening all of the bolts will cause the wheel to promptly fly off while driving.
Wheel types[]
There are ten different kinds of wheels available in the game; they can be colored with spray cans, or by Fleetari. Rusty rims can be polished by Fleetari using the "rim polishing" option in the catalog, which will return the rims to their factory matte color.
