The used car parts dealer sells used parts for the Satsuma and can be found outside of the school in Peräjärvi on Rally days, Saturday and Sunday, and operating during ordinary rally hours (10-18). The salesman operates out of a trailer van and lays the used parts on an open tarp. The dealer operates similarly to Fleetari's in the fact that he only sells parts if they have been taken out/off of the engine. There seems to be no exact percent discount that the parts are sold at compared to Fleetari's prices. Part condition ranges between 60-80%, which depends on what part is bought. Keep in mind that, while these parts are cheaper they may end up being less economically efficient.

Trivia[]
- It would seem that the used car parts salesman is wearing the old shirt of the bus driver.
- While rebuilding the engine by buying all used parts may seem less costly, it could land you with a couple bad parts, whereas purchasing from Fleetari will give you all brand new ones.
- The used parts salesman is a great candidate for last minute rally prep/repair.
